Its has been close to 5 years since I last played Allods. My wife and I decided to look for something new to play the last week and then Allods came to mind as she has never played it yet. The thought of playing it again excited me. Got in touch with my one friend whom also stopped around the same time.
Seems as thou that since then gpotato is no longer around and is now "mycom". So my account is no longer active. This saddened me as I spent lots of money in the game and had a active lv46 Kanian Tank that could Tank dungeons!
Saw that I then needed to transfer my contents over to mycom in order to recover it, so I submitted a ticket to get this process going.
The ticket started off great, till someone else took over the ticket. Firstly that person said I should log in with a gmail address that he gave me... which he got from WHERE ???? Because nothing of the details I gave him had any of that information.
Secondly I then signed up for mycom with my gmail account as they can't link it to Steam. Then after I sent my gmail address this same guy says "We wanted to ask you to log in to with your gmail address"
How would he have asked me to log in with my gmail address if he never knew I had one as I never mentioned it till my prior update.
I am sad that gpotato is no longer as I never had any problems with them, but this mycom people have now ruined the game for me. I hope everyone that starts the game from fresh has tons of joy in the game and hopefully to never deal with support.
